Moves tend to be in high demand from May to September. For better availability and pricing, consider moving October to April, especially on weekdays when demand is lower.

For most local moves, 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal. During busy seasons, the sooner the better. We also try our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

No. We don’t require a deposit. We keep it flexible because we know things can change.

Under California law, movers must apply “Double Drive Time” if the pickup and drop-off locations are more than 10 miles apart. This means the actual driving time is doubled and added to your bill. It’s a legal requirement, not our rule—but we’re always upfront about it.

No. For safety and liability reasons, we don’t disconnect or reconnect washers, dryers, fridges, etc. Please have these handled by a certified technician.

Costs and Payment
